CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT A JOINT RESOLUTION PROPOSING TO AMEND ARTICLE VII OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF UTAH BY ADDING A NEW SECTION, NUMBERED SECTION 24, GRANTING TEMPORARY EMERGENCY POWERS TO THE LEGISLATURE IN THE EVENT OF WAR OR EMERGENCIES CAUSED BY WAR SUCH AS ENEMY NUCLEAR, ATOMIC, OR SIMILAR BOMBING ATTACKS. Be it resolved by tha Legislature of the State of Utah, two-thirof all members elected to each of the two houses voting in favor thereof: Section 1. It is proposed to amend Article VII of the Constitution of the State of Utah by adding a new section thereto designated.
