AND the following conditions allowed to exist: 7 al One 5x7 Photo Of Any Child 1 1 SHOP RA If this property is owned by Kane County, why is there no record of it in the County Recorders Office? We have checked three different times to find some record of this property and its history. There is no visible evidence that we can find. Twice we asked Mi. Tietjen if it wasnt a function of his office in this matter, and twice he told us he supposed it was, but he didnt know just where the deeds were. 1- We dont think it unfair, as a taxpayer and newswriter, to ask that these deeds be produced and that all monies received from this property be checked by the proper authorities. Residents of this County should, and do, want to know why this property has never been recorded. How can receipts of income be shown if there is no record of ownership shown? This writer believes that the County should sell this property and not be competing with private business in matters of this native.
