Foulger, Forest Supervisor on the Dixie National Forest, with headquarters at Cedar City, Utah, is a recepient of a highly significant honor in his profession. According to Dixie National Fcrest Staff Officer Henry L. Mr. Foulger has been select- ed as a representative from the Intermountain Region of the Forest Service to attend the Fifth World Forestry Congress to be held at Seattle, Washington, August 22, to Septmber 9, 1960, Mr. Foulger will accompany a group of 14 other Forest Service Ket-chi- e, A team of 100 ladies has eased New York Citys parking headaches. The "Meter Maids patrol the city's 210 parking meter areas in a fleet of 20 white 1960 Plymouths, checking 57,000 meters and issuing tickets for violations. The New York experiment, started this spring, is to see if the ladies can halt the meter beaters.
