The Division of Wildlife Resources reminds hunters putting in for big game permits to double check the Social Security number space on the application form. The 1971 Utah big game proclamation specifies the need for the identifying number in making permit application. Many hunters miss opportunities to receive big game permits each year because of incomplete applications which never make it to the drawing. Permit application forms and hunting proclamations are available from businesses selling hunting and fishing licenses.
