Section 11: Penalties for Violation: Every person who is required to procure or to retain a license under this ordinance and fails to do so shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine in any sum not to exceed $50.00, or by imprisonment for any period not to exceed one day for each $5.00 fined if not paid.
