The fire came the school year of 1932-3- Sunday June 23, 1963 many friends and relatives Joined with the family of Mr. and Mrs. Edward T. Lamb to celebrate their 60th wedding an. niversary. An entertaining program was given in tribute and song by family members; Verdel E. Lamb, Master of Ceremonies; Elsie C. Carroll, Annie C. Kent Esplin, Kelley and Marie Jones, Eddie Leany Tina Barbara Leany, Delna Leany, Angelia Jones, Kevin Leany, Gloria Lamb, Paula Lamb, and Linda Lamb. Their five sons and daugh. ters and families were in attendance: Verdel E. Lamb, North Sacramento, California; Perry, Orderville, Utah; Mont, Morrow Bay, California; Iola Vau-n- a Leany, Hurricane, Utah; Covington, Mt. Carmel, The day long Fourth of July celebration will include parade . at 9 a.m., races, program complete with orator and Little Miss Liberty and Uncle Sam, Jr. Also, a childrens dance, 7:30 p.m. followed by a dance for the grownups at 9 p. m. on July 3, will precede the Fourth.-- A new feature for the afternoon will be Sand Buggy rides and Sand Buggy Derby on a course east . of town. Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Heaton met their son, Dennis, at Salt Lake City, Utah, when he returned from Bismark, North Dakota, where he has been working on a mission for the LDS Church. The Heatons then went to visit the National Parks in the western States, and on to Cardston, Alberta, Canada. They spent two weeks traveling and visiting relatives along the way to and from the parks. The Merlin Bundys, the J. B. Jordans, the William Cus- icks, the Blair Carpenters and the Bill Hunts, were in attend- ance at the K Circle Square Dance Festival at Kanab, Utah, last weekend. Visiting at thfe home of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd McAllister, last week, was Mr. and Mrs. Harold Mulkey and two daughters from Eugene, Oregon. The McAllisters and Mulkeys were friends in St. Louis, Mo. when Lloyd and Harold were in the Service. Phyllis Judd returned home, from Salt Lake City Monday, started Dancing classes Thursday with Pam Young as the Instructor. The Town Board are spon. soring a 4th of July celebration, with a program at 10 oclock in the Ward Recreation Ball, Sports at 3 oclock Dance in the evening.
