OF UTAH WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the State Road Commission SUMMONS of Utah that the holding of salaried positions, either elective or appointive, with City, State, County or Federal Government Agencies is incompatible with the performance by an employee of the State Road Commission of his assigned duties.
