The contract documents may be obtained from the office of the Architects upon receipt of $50.00 per set, which deposit will be refunded, providing the bid is submitted in proper form, and upon receipt of such copies in good condition within ten (10) days after the bids are opened, otherwise, the contractor will forfeit his deposit to the Architect. Bids shall be submitted in quadruplicate for ech contract.
