Section 6. That all covenants, statements representations and agreements contained in said bonds and coupons and all recitals and representations in this resolution and order are hereby considered and understood, and it is hereby resol veu and ordered that all said covenants, statements, representations and agreements of the District are the covenants, statements, representations and agreements of the Board. Section 7. That for the purpose of providing the necessary funds to meet the interest accruing on said bonds as the same become due, and for the purpose of providing for the payment of said bonds as they serially mature, while said bonds or any of them remain outstanding, either as to prinicipal or interest, their shall annually be assessed, levied and collected upon all of the taxable property in the District, in addition to all other taxes, direct annual taxes each of the years 19G8 to 19G9 inclusive, sufficient for such purposes. Said taxes, when collected, shall be applied solely for the purpose of paying the interest on and principal of said bonds, respectively, and for no other sra.1 purpose whatsoever until the indebtedness contracted under this resolution, both as to principal and interest, shall have been fully paid, satisfied and discharged. Nothing herein contained shall be so construed as to prevent said District from applying any other funds that may be in the treasury and available for that purpose to the payment of said interest or principal, as the same respec SOUTHERN UTAH NEWS, Kanab, Utah tively mature, and the levy or levies herein provided for may thereupon, to that extent, be diminished. The sums herein proid, d for payment of the I rincipal of and the interest on said bonds are hereby appropriated for that puiKse, and the required amount for each year shall also be included by the Board in its annual budget and in its statement and esti-mtas certified to the Board of County Commissioners in each year. Bonds issued under the provisions of this resolution shall be a lien upon the taxable property in the District, and if the Board of Education, for any reason cr at any time, neglects or refuses to cause a tax to be levied in accordance with law to meet payment of the principal of or interest on said bonds, thereupon the Board of County Commissioners of Kane County shall levy such tax and apply the money thus collected to the payment of such bonds and the interest due e thereon. Section 8. the District That the officers of be, and they here- by are, authorized and directed to take all action necessary or appropriate to effectuate the provisions of this resolution. Section 9. That when said bonds have been duly executed, the Treasurer of the District shall deliver them to the lawful purchasers thereof on receipt of the agreed purchase price. The funds realized from the sale of said bonds shall be applied solely to the purpose hereinabove recited, but the purchaser or purchasers of said bonds shall in no manner be responsible for the application or disposal by the District, or by any of its officers, of any of the funds derived from the sale thereof. Section 10. That if any section, paragraph, clause or provision of this resolution shall for any ieason be held to be in valid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability of such section, paragraph, clause or provision shall not affect any of the remaining provisions of this resolution. Section 11. That all resolutions, or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed to the extent only of such inconsistency. Section 12. That this resolution is necessary for the preser vation of the public health, peace and safety of the inhabitants of the Kane County-Schoo- l District, and it is hereby declared that an emergency exists and that this resolution shall become effective upon its adoption. Section 13. That this resolution shall be published once in the Southern Utah News and Kane County Standard, a weekly newspaper of general circulation in Kane County School District. For a period of thirty days after such publication; any person in interest shall have the right to contest the legality of such resolution or proceedings or any bonds authorized hereby or any provisions made for the security and payment of such bonds. After such time no one shall have any cause of action to contest the regularity, formality, or legality of this resolution or of the bonds for any cause whatsoever. Bureau of Land Management announced this week th completion of a plastic pipe laying project in the Sheep Cieek and Sheep Flats area. Mr. Jack Mognett, local contractor is shown with his pipe laying equipment. He installed 25.500 ft. of plastic pipe in the ground to a minimum depth of 30 inches in one week's time.
