Scouts Weekly Hews Release from Your County Agent By Carl Hatch Word has been received at the local ASC office that the first load of Livestock Teed Grain has arrived. The ranchers and fanners in our county who have made application and have received a delivery order can pick it up. There have been a number who have made application, but have not made payment on their order. If you need the grain now you should make payment on your order as soon as possible, so you can get in on this first carload of grain. Many of the stockmen who plan to supplement your livestock with a grain and salt mixture should start now if your ranges are not in condition to carry the animals in a satisfactory manner. A small amount of supplemental feed certainly shows a difference in the animals condition. Now is the time to improve their condition or maintain what they have for the winter months ahead. When a farmer goes to pick up his grain he must pay the warehouse for all storage charges from the date the delivery prder to the date the grain ig loaded out for both in storage and f.o.b. sales, plus the loading out charge for instorage sales and all other services such as grinding, mixing, " tTS" sacks etc. Ihi Qldlmvv Wed Ihive a better nation If there was more wild life in our forests and less in the big cities.
