Taylor, Sugar House Post Office employe, was cited by the Postmaster General recently re-cently for a new stamp dispenser, dis-penser, a new invention. Mr. Taylor is stamp clerk at the office, and he constructed a stamp container, a wooden case, which has stepped up the efficiency effici-ency and speed of handling the stamps. The container, which is very compact, enables those handling han-dling the stamps to put them away at closing time in just a matter of minutes. Mr. Taylor was presented the citation" by Postmaster Trevi-thick Trevi-thick of Salt 'Lake City and his assistant, Mr. Walton. He has been with the post office of-fice department for the past 30 years. He and his wife Grace make their home at 1955 Berkeley Berke-ley St., with their two children. |
