You can delight all the coffee lovers at your house with "Sunny Graham 'Kugelhupf "; here's how. Sunny Graham "Kugelhupf" y2 cup scalded milk Vz cup melted butter, cooled 1 package active dry yeast 2 cups plus 2 tablespoons V4 cup warm (not hot) water packaged Sunshine graham ' 12 cup sugar cracker crumbs y2 teaspoon salt Vt cup raisms IV2 cups sifted all-purpo- flour 1 teaspoon grated lemon 2 eggs rind ' ; . ' Pour milk into mixing bowl; cool to lukewarm. Sprinkle "yeast into warm water; stir to dissolve. To milk, add sugar, salt ancL flour. Beat smooth; then stir in yeast. Add eggs and beat wen. Add butter, a tablespoon at a time, beating before adding more. Stir in 2 cups of the graham cracker crumbs; beat 5 minutes at medium speed, scraping down bowl often. Cover dough; let rise in a .warm place for IV2 hours. Grease a mold and sprinkle greased surface with remaining 2 tablespoons of crumbs. When dough 13 ready, stir in raisins and lemon rind; then scrape dough into pre-pared mold and cover. Let rise in warm place until doubled (about iy4 hours). Bake at 350 F.
