Mr. Boren is a graduate of Brigham Young University where he received a B.S. degree in recreation. For the past two years Boren has served as director of the County's Senior Citizens Cen- ter. Announcement of Mr. Borens new position was made by County Recreation director Gary Swensen. The athletic program of the County encompasses baseball, softball, volleyball and basketball, and provides athletic activity for thousands of County residents.
