Because many of the applicants have not been able to obtain the necessary signatures, the deadline has been extended to November 1st. Applications will be accepted after that date, but they will be placed on Hie for future consideration. Each applicant should have the following qualifications: Be a member in good standing of The Church of Jesus Christ of 95-pie- V Latter-da- y ce Saints. Be between 15 and 25 years old for the chorus and 18 to 29 years old for the orchestra. Be available for Saturday rehearsals in Salt Lake City over an th period. Called to train and conduct the musical groups is Dr. Jay E. Welch, assistant director of the Tabernacle Choir and Associate Professor of Music at the University of Utah.
