USE MIL Jens Peter Nielsen, a former resident of Hyrum, but for many years a popular barber of Logan, died at his home Tue. morning following a weeks illness of rheumatism or the heart. Mr. Nielsen besides being proprietor of the Palace Barber shop he was connected with the Cache Co. Poultry Breeders annua shows, of which organization he was vice-presiden- t. Jens Nielsen was the son of Martin and. Maren Andersen Nielsen and was born March 24, 1883, in the province of Aalborg. Denmark, and came to the United in 1900. He is survived by his wife Martha Ann Sorensen Nielsen and the following Children: Chloe, DeLora, J. Weldon, Eugene P., Lila and J Dale His mother Mrs. Martiness Nielsen and a brother, Andrew C. Nielsen, of Hyrum. Funsral services will be held in the 7th ward chapel, Logan, Sunday April 14th, at 12 oclock. All friends invited. FUNERAL SERVICES ADDITIONAL FOR NIELS MONSON Funeral services over the remains of Niel Monson, among the early pioneers of Hyrum, but a resident of Goshen, Idaho, for the past 35 years, were held Tuesday, April 9, 1929, in the Hyrum 3rd ward chapel, with Bp. James G. Christensen presiding. The opening prayer was offered by Elder W Wright, and the ward choir directed by chorister Winn, rendered a number of appropriate selections. During the services Miss Martha Allgaier.and Mrs. Lucinda Ballam, sang a beautiful duet, accompanied by Mrs. Reta Jensen, and a violin solo by Miss Rebecca Stewart, accom. panied by Mrs. N. W.
