Expert judges will judge in the departments. 3. Horse pulling match at 10:30 a. m. for all teams weighing 3000 lbs. and under. The pit system for the contest will be used. Prizes $25.00, $15.00 and $10.00. Contest open to all. 4. Band concert 12:30 p. m. by Logan Concert Band, twenty-nin- e pieces, one of the best amateur bands in the state, 5.
