Deb Young of the Utah State Agricultural College was appointed a field director for a physical program 'for the State of Utah Deb states that about forty per cent of the boys in Utah are unfit for army duty and therefor this pro gram will be put into effect in this state. Deb will be in Hyrum next week to meet with several people on this program. ss We are in hopes that the weather man will soon give us a few days of sunshine so that we can have a hall game. Plans were completed for a game last Monday night but the tains came and spoiled that one. But we still have hopes of seeing a game very soon. We see in the papers where there is a labor shortage in this state fpm and in some places they cant find enough help to get the beets thinned It seems that there should be plenty of young boys and girls in our community to take care of this work.
