Miss Karla Paul, talented and lovely daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Paul of Hyrum has this week received her State of Utah Nurses certificate following her graduation from the Thomas Dee Memorial hospital school of nurses at Ogden, and is now a registered nurse, together with every member of the class of 21 young the lava that had flowed down the mountain to the valley below. Its a beautiful country and well worth visiting in peace time, although war is grim and dangerous. I have seen things that would cost way up- - in the thousands of dollars to see ordinarily in peacetime, and expect to see more before I come home to stay. One thing that worries me is, will I be able to get work after the war and how will I react to be back in civilization .again. But I imagine things will work out for the best for all concern- women.
