The incoming Mayor and Council were presented and discussed the budget with the retiring Mayor and Council. Reports from all departments were given,' showing the activities of the past year. The Cbuncil voted to investigate the orst of installing two Simplex traffic signals, one on the intersection of Main and Center streets and the other on First North and Main. It was decided to install these lights if found satisfactory, because of the traffic condition, to save lives from danger of being run into by speeding cars on the state highway. Sluts, a comedy drama in two acts ia being presented by the North Cache high school tonight at 8 p. m. The play, under the direction of Miss Faye Sonne a new instructor at North Cache, promises to be one ef the best dramatic presentations of the season. According to Miss Sonne the play is a typical college play, modem and especially suitable for high school pn. duction.
