attending school in northern Arizona she graduated from BYU in el- Celia Garrett Hibben Cox 87 a longtime resident of Manti died Nov 24 2004 at the home of her daughter Cathie Louise ‘i and Jane November Celia worked as a nurses aid and is beloved by many for her devoted memservice She was a ber of The Church of Jesus Christ and held of many teaching positions includ- Maria Childs and Nolan Kjar Robert and Suzanne Childs are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter Maria to Nolan Kjar the son of LaMar and Virgie S Kjar on Dec 4 2004 Maria graduated from Gunnison Valley High of Pinedale and Marci Wyo Her is Louise Sorensen of Gunnison Nolan is an Eagle Scout who graduated from Manti High School in 2001 where he was involved in tennis and Nolan’s grandparents are the late Lloyd and Kathleen Kjar of Manti Madge and the late Emery Shepherd of Rocky Ridge Az The couple plan on making their first home in Ephraim where Nolan will continue his education at Snow College and these causes in her memory Rex Clair Ivory Rex Clair Ivory 67 passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Nov 26 2004 after fighting a long courageous battle with cancer His strength has inspired us all He will forever be in our hearts Rex was bom in Ft Green on Nov 2 1937 to Clair and Donna Ivory After graduating from Moroni High School he served an LDS mission in the North Central States Mission He School District Psychologist from Through his work Rex touched the lives of those he served Rex had many passions in life One of those passions was his farm He enjoyed the scenery the aroma of nature the beautiful sunsets and most of all the satisfaction that he found in hard work He also had many outdoor hobbies such as hunting fishing and camping Rex had a love for antiques His collection included guns and his most marbles prized antique a ‘57 Chevrolet which he restored He also loved John Deere tractors children and extended family very much Her passion was genealogy and she researched and prepared hundreds of names for the temple She also loved gardening canning sewing quilting and reading She taught elementary school for eleven years in the North Sanpete School
