The old one which has been in service nearly twenty years will be used for old books not in immediate use. The San Pete County Register comes to us in an entirely new form as to make up, size ?nd dates of publication. It has been reduced from a seven to a six column journal and increased from a weekly to a tri-weekly publication. Whether the change is an improvement on the old plan or not remains to be proven.
