It was written by a Republican correspondent and appeared ap-peared in the Herald: "Manti, Aug. 19 There is more reason to believe that "this is a Democratic year" in Sanpete than for several years past, and it is evident that Republicans are feeling feel-ing a little bit that way themselves at present.
