It contained articles on everything from raising chickens to the latest fashions for I farm women. As I leafed through t h e yellow pages, I spot- ted a letter from a farm woman entitled Recipe for Preserving Children": Take one large grassy field, a half dozen children of all sizes, three dogs and a long shallow creek of water. Sprinkle with wild flowers, pour water gently over pehhles, cover with a deep blue sky and hake in a hot at the San Juan Hospital. The new arrival, Jack Taw, will keep his grandparents Guy and Ginger Tracy and Max and Nell Dalton beating a trail to the Robinsons on a regular basis. Oops! By the way, my mind was in left field last week when I reported that Guy and Kimm Tracy had moved to town. It should have been Charlie and great-grandparen- ts Kimm moving to town. Sorry! Charlie and Kimm Tracy entertained friends from Mississippi who Charlie met when he was on a Church mission. Kim, Denise and Ashley Hoggard visited Eric, Mandy and Skyler Cutler in Grand Junction. They celebrated Erics birthday there. Terri Harris had the misfortune of breaking her leg while in Fillmore, UT at the Region Cross Country race. She drove the activity bus over and then drove the bus home. She is like sun. When children are well the mailman: regardless of the browned, they may he re- weather, mail goes through. moved. Mel and Ilene Walker, who are serving a Church mission in Vietnam are excited over being accepted as English teachers at the Open University. They will be teaching 16 hours a week, Monday through Thursday. The students they will be teaching are familiar with the English grammar but are in need of 80 hours of listening and speaking practice to gain skills in those areas and that is where Mel and Ilene come in. The Walkers are in hopes of getting their visas extended past the November expiration date and perhaps getting humanitarian visas instead of business visas. They send a big Howdy to all their friends here at home. In closing, If your face wants to smile, let it.
