Jt was pointed out at the Hanksville meeting it had been decided to have a county commissioner from each interested county serve on the new organization but that since meetings might conflict with other duties a commissioner might not be able to make a meeting. The report shows the condition of livestock as generally good with no stock movement to winter ranges as yet. Yields of spring grains, test weight and protein content of wheat average with 106 per cent completion of harvest of wheat, oats and barley. The bean crop is reported as poor.
