But as it now stands, here's what the 27 law means to you, Mr. Owner, according to the Utah Information Committee: has a new automobile insurance law that goes into effect Jan. 1. lt Will Make Changes dont have a policy you must If you already have a policy, buy your insurance company will automatically change it to meet the requirements of the law. The State Insurance Department beginning next month will begin an advertising campaign to educate the motoring public to the new law and insurance companies will soon begin mailing out literature on the subject. There may be some minor changes in the law between now and the first of the year regarding its implementation, and perhaps some definitions of terms will be made. A public hearing is scheduled Sept.
