They were married in this city on March 2S, 1901, but have been separated sep-arated since June of the same year, according ac-cording to the complaint. ! In an answer filed by the defendant the consanguinity alleged by the plaintiff is admitted and the defendant asks that the decree of annulment be granted as prayed and that she be permitted to resume her maiden name.
