Alleging that at tho time sho married him ho nad another wife living from whom ho had never been logailv separated, Anna Orth has filed a petition with the District Dis-trict court asking that it declare tho coremony which authorized her living with George E. Taylor null and void. Tho couple married at Salt Lake City, April 27, 1906, and immediately afterward after-ward moved to Denver. It was here that tho plaintiff learned of tho defendant's defend-ant's former marriage, and sho asserts that immediately upon her taxing him with it, ho left Colorado and has not been since hoard from by her. The petition pe-tition states that the first wife taken by Taylor was Bessie A. Horton, whom he married at Bcdwood. San Mateo county, Cal., January 27, 1906. |
