Jones of this city, representing the Blackfoot Water Works company, a private corporation, accepted the city's bid of $62,000 for the system. The company has heretofore furnished all domestic water piped within the city. The water used Is from deep wells. It is the Intention to enlarge and modernise the plant at once. Particular attention will be given to extensions to the newer additions, enlarging the mains within the fire limits and the installation of additional fire hydrants.
