The County Commissioners directed Commissioner to initiate the action to proceed with the committee formation and to call a meeting. No changes can be recommended to the county government until the study commission completes its work and submits one or more options to the voters at either the 1974 general election or a possible special election. Ultimately the county voters will have their say on how the government will be run and what form it shall take and who will administer it.
