He said financial gains derived from consolidating golf courses into a single enterprise fund because increasingly apparent with each passing year. Concerning the Salt Lake City International Airport fund, Mr. Jones said budget receipts exceeded budget disbursements by $309,566. Jones City Auditor Lawrence A. Jones this week said the city had a successful year financially last year because of a record-breakininterest on investments and a 99 per cent collection of property taxes. But Mr. Jones warned that because of cost commitments inbudget corporated in the 1970-7early sources of new revenue must be established if the city is .to avert a serious financial crisis in the budget year beginning July 1, 1971. What causes this condition? Nutritionist Carlton Fredericks says, I am convinced that the coffee cart habit can be one of the major culprits in bringing on hypoglycemia. People today are disposed to gorge themselves with cookies and bread and the like. The businessmen who supply the carts for coffee breaks find these foods cheaper than, say, meats.
