Bill Cosby is that rare type of talen a unique original. Cosby was born with the gift of comedy, not with the mere knack of delivering gags, but with the unusual ability of looking at the world with a fresh and funny viewpoint. Unlike most comedians who depend on writers to come up with material for them, Bill prepares for his concerts and recording sessions by simply living. My comedy is based on my own experienced in life. I never sit down and write anything. Everything I have ever recorded always happened first on stage or while I was talking to someone. It never happens while I have a pen in hand I just cant work that way. Cosby began his entertainment career on the night club circuit and broke the black barrier on TV by winning three Emmy awards for his role in the I Spy series. Cosby started branching out like a prolific tree. His comedy albums have sold like fish in Japan. He ventured into the field of singing with his own unique style. In a move which breathed new life into radio airwaves Cosby starred in 350 five minute comedy shows which aired on top-4- 0 stations in over 500 cities. Sani-Flus- h out germs. Where does the Salt Lake County Library System fit in for .heir funding? This is the question the library officials are now pondering because of a quest for the inclusion of some $1.9 million for the library system in next years budget. Budget officials said that .he inclusion tends to distort the total being considered. The library money does not really belong in the general county budget but rather should be considered a special taxing district. Budget officials said that as far as the special tax district goes that property tax levies on some county residents to pay for the library system should not be borne by all because of separate library systems throughout the county, that of Salt Lake City and Murray.
