Aspen Dally Times. The Cowonhoven tunnel was com-pleted to the Bushwhacker-Alpin- e line at 12 o'clock yesterday (July 20) exactly two years from the time of beginning work. The distance run is 3!o0 feet and the face of the tunnel is 1108 feet below the collar of the Park-Regen- t j shaft. The work has progressed con-tinuously since its inception without or mishap to men, animals or machinery.
