Hartman he moved to Carbon county with his parents in 1929 He Ie attended elementary and Junior high school at Helper and was graduated from Carbon county high school Price in 1915 1945 his diploma being delivered to his parents as he had enlisted in the navy Sept 10 1944 1941 He had served at Pearl Harbor Guam and Okinawa Corp Elmer Lloyd Roach was tilled killed instantly June 1 at Luzon Philippine islands in a Jeep accident He was born Aug 29 1926 at Westlake La where he received his ils education A son of ot Mr and Mrs George W W.
