Vall-Known Man Bead. August Frederlch Braun, formerly a welf-known- contractor, and an architect of more than local reputation. Is dead at Ma home, tea Canyon road, yesterday. The - Immediate cause of death was Brlght's disease snd dropsy. Mr. Braun was born In Stuttgart. Wur-Umburg. Wur-Umburg. Germany. May 14. 1SW. He was the architect of the Cullen hotel In Salt Lake, and he also had charge of the construction con-struction of that building. Mr. Braun Is survived by a widow, a son and a daughter, Mrs. C. E. Hahn, of Salt Lake. The son is Gus Braun. The funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon af-ternoon at 2:30 o'clock, at the German Evangelical church. A special choir will come from Salt Lake for the musical service. ser-vice. Burial will be in Mountain View cemetery.
