Show SON BORN AFTER WILL WAS MADE HAS RIGHTS DENVER, April 11. When the will of the late Herbert U Wall,' who died last January, waa offered for probate in the County court. Mrs. Helen C. Wall, his widow, asked that- the' provisions of the will be changed. The estate left by Herbert It. Wall, who was the son of D. K. Wall, the pioneer pio-neer carriage maker of Denver, was val- ued at 159,000. According to the will, which was made October 14, 1903, half the estate was left to the widow and the - other half to his father and mother. His son. Herbert Dunkle Wall, born in 10, is not mentioned in the will and, request to have the will changed is brought on his account. A hearing for this purpose has been set for April 29. The Wall will provides that $10 be given to the daughter of Laura E. S. Hughes, but Mrs. Wall seems in doubt an to where she is at the present time. The widow Is named as the executrix of the estate by the will. |
