Show on voluntary social welfare services in Salt Lake, South Davis and to have a major impact Tooele Counties. Included in the report was a proposal that the United Fund initiate, partially fund, and assist in the preparation of a priority plan for all community services in these three counties. Members of the general public who have contributed to the Fund were entitled to vote in president of community relations. Officers elected were: John E. Lattin, general manager. Mountain Bell, named chairman of the board; Wiley I. Beavers, vice president, administration, Mountain Fuel Supply, named president; D. Richard Lueck, manager, Utah-Western Electric Company, named vice president agency 1 daho-Montan- relations; Gilbert a, L. Shelton, the election of the Fund's president and Chairman of the directors. Named to the board of directors were: Jules R. Lovinger, president of Lovinger Co., a janitorial supply firm; Mrs. Bradley F. Skinner, current president of the YWCA and an board, ordained minister; Darrel White-Bear- , Indian Alcoholism Tracy-Collin- s Bank& Mrs. Don and civic Trust Co., treasurer, Mackey, housewife worker, secretary for the fund, Mr. Petersen and Mr. Baker. Governor Calvin L. Rampton also addressed the group. United Fund. United Fund Reveals Program Changes The annual meeting of the Utah United Fund held Monday, March 5, at the Hotel Utah was a significant event in the Fund's recent history. A report was presented from the committee on Goals and Objectives by committee chairman Robert H. Temple, which outlined changes in United Fund stewardship responsibility for monies it collects and major departures in its relations with the 50 member agencies receiving these monies.
