It will educate young people to the heritage of their citizenship. Itwill give color and variety to what could otherwise be a bleak, LowModerate Income Housing Development Project "Low income housing" is a phrase now as commonly accepted as "ghetto" or "the other side of the tracks." The lack of low income housing is even more apparent and accepted.
