little less than eight weeks and during his absence has held 84 meetings meet-Ings The doctor visited the Mormon colonies colo-nies in Old Mexico and reports that under the splendid management of President A W Ivins they are now fairly out of the woods and ina flourishing flour-ishing condition At one place large reservoirs are being constructed which will bring 11000 acres of arid land under un-der cultivation and other improvements I of like nature are under way President Presi-dent Ivins Is now in the City of Mexico consulting with the Mexican government I govern-ment with a view of
