Kosenbanni of this citv Mr Kuhn is the senior partner part-ner of the firm of A Kuhn Brother the wholesale clothiers and dealers in hides etc and Mrs Kuhn is a society belle esteemed and admired by her host of friends The occasion was their union in wedlock the nuptials having been performed by Associate Justice Henderson of the First Judicial District Dis-trict at 7 oclock in the evening In honor of the occasion a grand banquet was held in the Masonic Hall to which the friends of the happv pair were invited in-vited The ceremony which consisted merely of the observance of the legal requirements took place in the lodge room and as the happy pair walked into the room accompanied by their youthful and bewitching bridesmaids Fores Orchestra which was in attendance attend-ance played in first class style Men delssohns beautiful wedding march The edibles etc were choice and in abundance and full justice was done by the assembled guests who were present in great force numbering about 250 and including many of the elite from far and near No marriage probably prob-ably for many years past has been accompanied ac-companied with so much grandeur and at the same time with such exquisite taste as that of Mr A Kuhn and Miss ilosenoaum At the conclusion of the marriage feast during which selections from waltzes oy Strauss and overtures by Von Suppe were given ExJudge Powers was requested to propose a toast which be did in felicitous terms as fellows I have een r quested to propose pro-pose a toast to Mr and Mrs Adam Kuhn During their residence among us they have ever been to us all most faithful friends and to each other loyal lovers May their future be as bright as this joyous occasion and may their loyalty as sweethearts and lovers be exceeded only by their fidelity as husband hus-band and wife This hppy appropriate appropri-ate toast was drunk by all present with greatguato The Masonic lodge room where the dance took place nreoented a gay and delightful scene where youth and beauty mingled with the more aged and demure joined in the dauce The costumes of the ladies a detailed description of which is appended exhibited ex-hibited elegant taste while gentlemen in full evening dress nev6 appeared to better advantage The brides dress was a marvel of white silk over which was a dress of silk lace embroidered in pule pink and delicate blue The entrame was bordered with ribbons of the same hues under folds of lace The lace corsage were the most delicate point while the corsage bouquet was of creamypink roses In her hair she wore diamonds and at the throat A pearl fan which was exquisitely painted was of real lace and completed the costume of the bride The dress which was made by Worth of Paris was imported for the occasion and it is probably the most elegant ever worn in Utah The bridesmaids were Miss Litza and Miss Selma Kuhn the little daughters of Mr Abe Kuhn brother of the groom and were very prettily dressed in pink satin trimmed with antique lace with diamond ornaments The wedding cake of the bride was made in this city by the proprietors of I the Brunswick Restaurant who were also the caterers of the supper and that of the groom
