Show Mr. Dunford's Death. The Logan Leader haB the following follow-ing particulars of the fatal accident which occurred in Blacksmith's Fork, and which resulted in the death of Mr. Isaac Dunford : A strange and fatal accident oc curred on Saturday night last, at a point in Blacksmith Fork Caiion, about fourteen miles east of the town of Hyrum. Brother Isaac Dunford and wife, who reside at Bloomintton, Bear Like County, were traveling down the oaiion from Curtis, in a wagou which had no front end-gate. Sister Dun-1 Dun-1 ford was unhurt, but when she ' spoke to her husband he did 1 not answer. Drawing near his 1 prostrato body, she found, to her hor-' hor-' ror, that he was dead. He had fallen 1 with his bead under tho wagon, and 1 the wheels passed over his neck, kil-3 kil-3 ling him almost instantly. Assistance was obtained, and tbe sorrowing wife " returned with the bxly o( her husband " to the bome which, in health and p itrength, they had left but a short time before. |
