Darkness coming on, the remainder was postponed till tomorrow. The Fire King. Chicago, 21. A fire at seven o'clock this evening, burned the large itables on the west side ot the Omnibus Co. Fifty horses were burned to death. The adjoining building, occupied as dwellings dwell-ings above, was also burned. Total loss estimated at $60,000. Omaha, 21. Prairie fires west of the city, for the past two days, have destroyed des-troyed an immense amount of hay and drain, and many houses, barns and feHCOS. Yesterday most of the buildings build-ings and fences at the race track and fair ground, north of the city, were burned.
