Duncan In command. The troops leavo here Thursday for the boomer camp on the Stillwater, Indian Territory, where Capt. Croochi colony of 300 men are located. There the section will be joined by the troop from Fort Bill and from Reno. Gen'. Ilatch will command the regiment. A colonist direct from Crouchs camp arrived yesterday. lie states that they obey Capt. Croach's orders implicitly, and will resist the soldier when ha give the word.
