Show oh the hassle of public r- r service T As you probably already know I was a candidate in inthe inthe inthe the elections held last week and believe me ine it its it's s one trauma after another I gained five pounds have probably probably probably pro pro- bably got three ulcers if I dont don't I should have made madei i seven new enemies and my face thinks I am 15 again from the looks of it I really didn't think campaigning could be so hard on a person Well I really didn't ha have e an idea what campaigning would be like at all When I found out I had an opponent opponent opponent ent I l' l almost had a heart attack I thought it was going to be easy When I realized I might lose I almost had another heart attack I became became became be be- came a nervous wreck Thank God I only had to campaign campaign campaign cam cam- ten days Finally election day came And can you believe I actually actually actually actu actu- ally had fun I did But waiting waiting waiting wait wait- ing for the ballots to be had to be the worst and then listening to the results being announced that was really bad But I won Wow I won Wheres Where's the parade parade parade par par- ade the band the fireworks fireworks fireworks fire fire- works Nothing Just relief And nd everyone saying Well I wasn't worried I knew you would win Well Im I'm glad they did because frankly I wasn't too sure I have to keep reassuring myself that elections are over and I did win I feel like any day now I Iam Iam Iam am going to finally run through the halls screaming crazily Wow I won I won And I dont don't want to do that Ill I'll really blow my im im- im- im age I suppose there is a amoral amoral amoral moral to this story but I have not yet thought of it Oh well its it's over and the candidate candidate candidate can can- I r wanted to win won And now someone wants to know if it was all worth it All AllI I can say is Yes That someone thinks Im I'm crazy Name and dept withheld by request |
