The point of work this spring haa been established at a point near the Johnson reservoir, and at the mouth of Seven Mile canyon. Soma preliminary maintenance work has been started, but by the first of the coming week work will be centered a: the mouth of Seven Mile canyon which will form the outlet to the Fishlake basin going to Fishlaka. At this point the grading and cutting will be the most difficult of any place along the highway. In former year Seven Mile canyon waa negotiated by team and wagon, but cloudburst and rains have exposed huge rocks, making the road impassible. However, the task, though heavy, will be accomplished n e of grading time, and the will soon give way to a smooth, gradual grade highway. When work was suspended last fall, the trail had been completed to the head of Loss Creek and the highway la superfine in every respect Natural gravel created in grading, has resulted in a smooth, even road and when the trail is completed it will not only afford a shorter route to Fishlake, but it will carry pleasure seekers through some of the most attractive scenery in Southern Utah. vari-colore- d eu see, by th dawn's caily light, that 1 n Men Hold Conference Oh, say, can At th first meeting of the second club, year sewing division of th held at U home of Miss Elh-- Sxr-uand under he Utter's direction, Tuesday afternoon of thi week.
