Notice is hereby given that, as directed by the Commissioner of the General Land office, under provisions . of Sec. 2455, R. S., pursuant to the application of Wilford J. Wintch, Serial No. 030976, we will offer at public sale, to the highest bidder, but at not less than $3.75 per acre, at 10:30 oclock A. M., on the 23rd day of August, 1923, next, at this office, the following tract of land: SW14SE14, Sec. 33, T 22 S, R. 4 E., S. L. M. This tract is ordered into the market on a showing that the greater portion thereof is mountainous or too rough for cultivation. Also sale is ordered in aeordanee with the provisions and reservations of Act of June 22, 1910, (36 Stat. 583). Land is classified as coal, per Executive Order July 7, 1910. The sale will not be kept open, but will be declared closed when those present at the hour named have ceased bidding.
