Bishop Ernest Frandsen presided at the services and the ward choir furnished ap'piopriate music under the direction of Mr. A. C. Willardson. The speakers were Dr. Merrill of the Salina hospital, Miss Leona Jensen, Pres. J. A. Christensen and Bishop Ei nest Frandsen. The invocation was offered by Bishop Martin Jensen and the benediction by Mrs. Alonzo Chiistensen, a member of the ward bishopric. The floral offerings were many and beautiful. About forty cars followed the remains to the cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. Amos Talboe and children and Mr. and Mrs. II. Rasmussen motored to Ephraim Sunday. Christensen and Mrs. Annie Jensen went to Ephraim last Sunday. Mrs. Wilford Rasmussen pleasantly entertained on Tuesday afternoon. Mrs. Wells and Postmaster Thompson of Ephraim were in Redmond the latter part of the week. Mrs. 'James Frandsen and little daughter, Maxine returned to their home in Provo on Tuesday. Teter Peterson, Jr., and Messrs. Peterson and Linden Anderson heave icceived calls to leave for missions in the very near future. Mrs. Laura Holdaway, a member of the North Sevier stake Relief society and Mrs. Colby visited the Redmond ward Relinef society Monday night. A number of people spent Sunday in the west mountains, picnicing and gathering berries.
