Hereford Ranch at Roy exhibited the champion pen of three registered Hereford bulls at the Grand National Livestock Exposition at the Cow Palace in San Francisco last week. The Utah cattle won over com peting pens from Texas and Wash- ington in the beef cattle judging. Little 8 year old Ann Rund-quisdaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Rundquist, who was im jured last week when she alighted from a school bus and ran into the side of a moving automobile, is reported doing well at the Dee hospital. Trooper Spendlove said the girl stepped from the school bus on the Hooper road about two miles west of Roy and darted across the street into the right front fender of an automobile being driven north by Lawrence Garner, 38, of Hopper. No traffic citation was given for the driver was not held to be at fault. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Crowshaw and children returned last Friday from a trip to California. Mr. and Mrs. Walter McPhie are visiting with their daughter Mr. and Mrs. Darrel Cramer in Washington, D. C. Mrs. Shirley Nelsen entertained a group of school chums at her home Saturday evening.
