D 1915 the said board of county commissioners determined that the interests of the county required it and the board of county commissioners commission ors of the county deem it for tho the public good to bond the county for the purpose of acquiring funds to lay out and maintain public roads in and for the by issuing the negotiable coupon bonds of th the e county count I 1 in the aggregate amount of
