Show More On The New Shows, A Preview $ 'THE GIRL FROM HAWK U.N.C.L.E.' SIDE The Girl From O.N.C.L.E.," a new weekly suspense series starring Stefanie Powers and Noel Harrison, will debut on the NBC Television i 1 i I Network Tuesday, Sept. 13, at 6:30 p.m. on Channel 2. The new series will be a direct counterpart of the network's "The Man From U.N.C.L.E." which has enjoyed two successful seasons on NBC-TTo augment its forces in its never-endin- g struggle aqainst Thrush and other forces of evil, Mr. Waverly (Leo G.
