The project, put into operation last May, is a year --around subsidized by the program federal government. The Salt Lake project is sponsored by the Department of Labor and Salt Lake County government under the direction of the Road and Bridges Department. Mr. Dewey Moore is Salt Lake City Project director. In order to qualify for the program, Mr. Moore said, i youths must meet with cer- -. tahL economic specifications l as setup by the department. The boys are, paid, and are given an opportunity tewttendh school sessions on Saturday in conjunction schedules.
